This private residence was designed in the spirit of a traditional village. The simple "L" shape house was complemented by modern features and it was set together with a stable block into a difficult terrain in order to use as much of the land as possible, and link the buildings together logically. For this reason, it was necessary to do a variety of landscaping, including the retaining of several walls. The traditional village design emphasizes the natural materials, such as stone and especially solid wood.
