This is a project of two adjacent buildings that will undergo extensive renovation, including the implementation of a new structure in the courtyard. The intention is to bring together two completely different buildings that have a totally individual history and architectural appearance, as well as different floor to floor heights. The future mixed use complex will include an underground automatic parking system. The ground floor will be used for commercial facilities and the levels above are designed for offices, with flats on the last floors. Project status – planning permit process.
