This project involves the design of a new retail park that will cover approximately 20,000 m2, and will include about 30 different shops, 600 parking places and 3 cafes and restaurants. The whole park will be surrounded by greenery, giving a more attractive and less purely commercial feel than many of its competitors. The aim was to find a single architectural solution which would connect individual retail park objects that would gradually "grow" throughout the area within each individual stage.
