Kaňka + Partners is the architect and project engineer of the new building of the Porsche Czech Republic Education Centre. We designed the building as a modern training centre meeting the latest trends in the construction industry, not only in terms of architecture but also in terms of user experience. From an environmental point of view, the building meets the parameters of a very energy-efficient building. To save energy we used technologies such as heat recovery ventilation, intelligent lighting control and exterior shading. The heating and cooling sources are heat pump units. Almost the entire roof area will be covered by a photovoltaic power plant and the electricity generated will be used not only for the needs of the building, but also for charging electric vehicles.
