The Zelené Město Heights project is the next stage of the Zelené Město residential project, which is located on the boundary of Jarov and Hrdlořezy. Two 10-storey buildings offer 233 new apartments of sizes 1+kk to 4+kk and areas of 34 m² to 100 m². Each apartment has modern technologies including floor heating and central recuperation. Parking spaces are located on three underground floors. The project also includes 2 commercial spaces and a future circular F+B building. Kaňka + Partners supplied all stages of the project documentation and is currently providing the construction supervision.
