The Residential villa Hloubětín project is partly a complete reconstruction and partly a new build, which, together, significantly expands the size of this original family house in the quiet neighborhood of Hloubětín, Prague 9. The villa now comprises of three residential apartments of 500 m2 in total, all designed to a very high specification. Each of the apartments has been approached individually for each of the purchasers in order to meet today’s demands for usefulness, aesthetics and comfort, and all that with the best possible use of the indoor space.
